The directors of Invictus Therapeutics Ltd (Invictus) (formerly VGI Health Technology Limited (NSX:VTL) are pleased to announce that the United States Patent and Trademarks Office (USPTO) intends to grant a patent for the ‘Transmucosal Delivery of Tocotrienols’ to its wholly-owned subsidiary Invictus Biotechnology Pty Ltd and has issued a Notice of Allowance dated 16 July 2026.
